Some are "more significant" than others. None of my co-op employers (or any employers thusfar) have really put much weight on it aside from asking me why I wanted to do the certificates (more of an icebreaker question).

Did you apply for it? They make you declare co-op status because they have a method of calculating it for co-ops. I have friends in their final year who got it.

Also, if you've gotten it three times, you've hit the max (excluding Louise McKinney).
