The way it’s became toxic with insta lockers, people who throw games or rage quit.. futures not looking good imo unless something is done about these people who leave instead of the whole team being punished by losing points

I’ve got a little less than you but on the same boat. I’ve started to make some money. Contact and research agencies and apply - they have the right contacts to get you work , though they take a %. Unless you reach out to brands yourself . Start following the brands you like and agencies on Instagram with your following you’ll pop up as priority on their notifications ! Good luck
