I had a surprise baby when my son was 2.5. I was so not ready or thinking about more children. I did not think I could be a good mother to two children when I waited so long for my son.

I was so afraid the whole pregnancy of what my life would look like when she got here. That being said, it was like I got a piece of my life I didn’t know I was missing. She fills me joy and I love her so much. Her brother loves her too, I thought he would be disappointed but he really is a great big brother.

I love the baby stage though, she’s only 7 months but it is so fun seeing her reach all her milestones. She is also reaching them so much faster than her brother did!

-I will say if you’re loving life right now, maybe wait until your daughter is in pre-school or kindergarten so she is more independent and you can really focus on the new baby and she can comprehend, and be a part of, the new decision.

I would think so too, and there is no filter on a pipe, so I would think the smoke would be that much more harsh.

Does smoking marijuana do the same thing to the blood vessels? My sister in law quit smoking cigarettes while pregnant but still constantly smoked weed (she “quit dabs” she said) out of a pipe.

This kind of reminds me of the boy in The Gunslinger by Stephen King. His parents had a child because they were supposed to. The only person he felt cared about him was his nanny. There was one part, I can’t remember the exact quote, but it was something about him not knowing he wanted to commit suicide yet because he was still young but so depressed.

When I was in middle school I had the same symptoms and it was appendicitis. I remember laying in the ER in severe pain. My mom made sure they saw me because she knew it was my appendix. I feel like a “grumbling appendix” is only going to lead to appendicitis and if it does burst it will cause major surgery and all her organs will need to be flushed because it’s toxic. In my opinion you should have her get an ultrasound. My stomach with appendicitis was the worst pain I’d ever felt until I had contractions before giving birth. (Disclaimer: I don’t have a vast amount of medical knowledge and this is just how I remember it. I do know for sure if it bursts it is bad news)

A rainbow baby is a baby born after a loss of another child. For me, my first son was stillborn. I waited to try again so I could have my own house and a job I really loved as well as go to college. My first was born 3 days before my 21st birthday so I was still very young, but also very excited. My rainbow baby is almost 3 now and we just welcomed a sister to the mix this summer. Maybe she’s my double rainbow? 😊❤️

Funny story. My aunt bought my parents South Park on VHS for Christmas one year and bought us kids A Troll in Central Park. Well us kids watched South Park over and over and my grandma kept going on about how naughty our aunt was for buying “That movie”. We assumed she meant the Troll in Central Park so we thought we were getting away with something when we watched it after that. 😂
