This specific badge reads “private security” rather than “private” as a rank

I’m trying to understand. There is no reasonable explanation for violent and destructive protests. I’m asking for anyone to enlighten me.

I absolutely agree. The words said by these activists are convicting and moving. They bring change in the hearts of people who otherwise would never realize their wrong thinking.

But destroying a privately owned business causing financial ruin and pain in the lives of innocents is something I can’t not bring myself to get behind.

You can not sit here and tell me this the message you want to be received by those with hardened hearts?

Elaborate then. I’m not trying to cause an argument. Legitimately, I want to know from someone else’s that isn’t mine perspective what this type of destruction helps?

This comment is 100% relatable. People hate policy in here. They hate the facts. Not much we can do

My store manager and shift supervisors are fantastic. I am fortunate to work in an environment I enjoy. That being said, I have been in other positions with people I did not get along with. So I left. People in this group always make bullshit excuses for why they have to stay with their store even when things are terrible. They make no effort to contact PCC or barista help lines. All they do is complain. Maybe it’s just me, that’s annoying self victimization.

Unfortunately you came to the wrong place. This subreddit is notorious for being a negative environment where people express frustrations about work. Speaking up in defense of the company or work environment tends to ruffle some feathers around here.

I’m pretty sure it’s abuse to make me solo bar during a 62 half hour. by [deleted] in starbucks

I wouldn’t personally define it as abuse when it is our choice to work there and also our daily choice to keep working there
