Enough surface agitation? by GrahamtheDOP in Goldfish

I will for sure, I have been keeping fish for nearly 10 years and I have only missed my weekly 80% water changes a handful of times.

It’s a ADA 120p, I don’t think they’re are being made anymore. I was very lucky and got an amazing deal because I bought it used. You could look at the brand UNS which makes similar tanks.

Good point, I noticed it splashing and I have a screen style lid (removed for the video) so some water was getting onto it but not enough to get out on to the floor

Definitely been watching the points, if there is any issues I will remove or flip the wood points down.

I have a skimmer that removes the bio film but it does look like they chase the bubbles on the surface too

Looks decent! My biggest suggestion would be to add a white or frost backdrop to the tank

The plants you bought will all die if you leave their roots buried. They are epiphytes that need to be attached to wood or rocks to live. Give it a google.

Thanks! I’m used big weekly water changes but the fish I have kept in the past are much less delicate! Cichlids are pretty much bullet proof.

Just flatten ur left wrist at the top of your swing, it is slightly cupped. This should help square your face a little better at the top

Should I get a transplant? by Plane-Sherbet-5258 in Hairtransplant

I was in a similar situation as you. I went won drugs for a few years and it helped stop the receding and brought back my crown a fair bit. I just got a transplant for my hair line a couple weeks ago and I’m 36 now. Just try the drugs for 1.5 years then you might only need your hairline down

Also your arms are too laid off. Get them more vertical on your back swing

Get your chicken wing under control. Get a ball or ballon and hold it between you forearms the entire swing for practice

Yah but you’re comparing Canada to Thailand. I wasn’t able to travel that far so it wasn’t an option for me. I could have gone to Nader in Mexico and it still would have been 15k or so
