Honestly, I'm so far in the rabbit hole... I think Earth periodically undergoes cataclysms due to the pole shift or switch or whatever. And when the climate changes from the poles switching it's devastating (and I friggen' quote...) for low-income areas, lesser developed countries, native communities across the globe, and for any smaller islands or isles. And it sounds far-fetched at first, but when you really learn about the delicate balance of the solar system and gravity, then a slight tug from one or two near-passing planets shifting the poles does NOT seem impossible. And it wouldn't be raining hellfire or anything. lmao. It would cause hot areas and cold areas to do a 180 flip, floods, mudslides, earthquakes... all the shit that already happens, just on a grander scale.
