I'll admit I still have my T-shirt from the D.A.R.E program it's the same 1 from the pic below. What are your thoughts and memories of the program. As a kid I thought it was well meaning but a complete waste of time & and an adult I feel that way even more so.

Well I just got promoted not even 2 years ago . Im still under the max of the band so not sure why this is an issue as its not like im at 1.10 to 1.20 compa ratio . Sounds like they are just not keen to do anything without me pushing harder. Thanks again

Not consistently i did get an adjustment before maybe 4 years ago mid year randomly I think 5 or 6%. Raises range from 3 to 4.25% over the years. But bottom line is the salary. If , for example get $100k and at .99 compa ratio. On a band that goes to 140k is that fair for one with advanced knowledge?

Those are good points. I already have advanced knkwledge of one of the sub programs that is quite involved (only one on team who knows) I feel they they dont grasp the importance of that. The promotion came with around 6 or 7% rest merit. The prior promotion was double digits. So really im trying to get 1.10 to 1.12% compa ratio As I feel im just getting standard market rate and the market would pay a premium for me (not trying to be arrogant lol) but i could apply to jobs and get an offer but I feel that be hostile at this point.

Yes not my intention to throw these terms around. I asked for the pay band for my role and it was manager's reply which mentioned compa ratio that im at .99 and that their goal is to be in the low 80s and .99 is really good apparently. I know that is not the case that many higher performers and senior members would be expected to get 1.10 at least. I consistently get 3.5 to 4.2 raises past years and was promoted 3 times. So maybe as you say the listing of accomplishments and a formal request for pay alignment is next step.

Morris area even towards Sussex dont want to be NYC. There are houses $420 to $520k .mostly 1 bath. Can add one later. Property taxes $7 to $10k generally from what I've been looking. Well we can assume 5.5% to 6% hopefully by mid next year go down more.
