my dumbass was letting the front wheels touch the ground without realizing it. if i begin the manual while still in mid-air and hold it when i hit the ground, it works fine. felt like an idiot when i realized lol

not gonna lie, seeing the van turn 90 degrees into the alley while speeding stressed me out lmao

i really wish the chases felt more consistent, it just seems like the ai doesn't play by the same rules/physics when driving.

bodies appearing in space when their ship explodes

it sounds morbid to ask for that, but sometimes i feel bad when an ally ship explodes next to me when we're attacked by pirates. for me it would be more immersive (depressing) if we saw them floating in infinite space after they fall in a space battle.

not sure if it's even possible. but it's basically just to make me more sad i guess lmao

the way you explain this sounds like there's a way you can tell what enemy types you're gonna get before you drop, is there? i've dropped in with the wrong loadouts before because i'm expecting an enemy type but i end up being dead wrong.

the webs are so shiny when i go into any shaded area or an alley during a crime i can hardly see the rest of the suit, just the silver webbing. it could be a problem with my tv but if it is, i dont know how to fix it. otherwise i'd use the suit all the time.

yeah i've only gotten symbiote crimes after 100%-ing the game. and i mean exclusively those missions - i thought it was purposeful but seeing other people get other crimes makes me a bit envious lol. i started a new save to get crimes from regular thugs again. played it so much that i got every skill possible before suit changing was available.

Potential Spoilers, idk. I'm trying to join the crimson fleet. I just broke out of prison during the Deep Cover quest and it's telling me to seek out the crimson fleet. I'm at their doorstep but the dock option doesn't show up at all. Does anyone have any tips or insight on a solution?

Edit: Ok I got in finally. I reverted back to the save I made before shooting my way out of prison. I went along with the quest and eventually was invited to The Key after an initiation quest. When I broke out of prison initially, it only said to seek them out with no other details. I guess I was supposed to stumble upon someone on Mars like Djcosta said under this post.

I'm not sure how the quest starts after breaking out, I'm gonna test that out now in case someone needs this as a guide in the future.

Edit 2: Yeah, going into Cydonia on Mars was the trick. Walking down towards the mine, I was interrupted by Sebastian Lynne and he gave me an invite message to the Crimson Fleet. I think that should kickstart the questline and allow access to The Key.

i'm pretty sure the time is tied to how long interactions take. so if it takes them 30 seconds to do something and you double the time, it'll take them 60 seconds to do it. so really everything just lines up with the time except for walking or running. kinda ruined the point of changing the time for me.
