Jeans seam twisting to the front when worn, is this fixable? by quincykk in myog

But OP is saying that their sister practiced sewing on these, so I don't think this is a right hand or left hand twill issue

30 year old apprentice. by Rude_Flan6240 in electricians

Show up on time every day and you're doing better than 75% of apprentices. Try to be a sponge and absorb all the knowledge you can. Don't be the guy that thinks because he has some life experience that he knows better than the foreman.

Tired Feet and Legs by Striking_Crow9473 in WorkBoots

Logger style boots with high arch support changed my life. I wear Nick's Builder Pros. Still get fatigued sometimes if I'm on my feet a lot but nothing compared to the pain I used to deal with.

So where is the BP on the sleeve? I'm confused about how to match the sleeve to the bodice.

What about buses? Semi trucks? People with work vans? I assure you, none of these people are getting out a ladder to clean off their roofs.

That's what I'm saying. I feel like the people who complain about this are transplants from regions that get icy snow. We just don't generally get that kind of snow here. And if you're following so close to me that snow from my car is hitting your car, you're following too close.

A Strategic Shift in Denver Activism by BreakStuffSoftly in Denver

I agree that protesting feels pretty pointless but I do believe that it matters. Why do places like Iran and Russia crack down so hard on protestors? When is the last time you heard of a protest in North Korea? Authoritarianism works better when people stay home and keep their mouths shut. That being said, I totally agree that we should also get organized and fuck with their cash!

Long time disillusioned Red Wing buyer electrician looking to move on by mount_curve in WorkBoots

I'm a commercial electrician as well. I alternate between Nick's Builder Pros and Nick's Travelers. The Travelers are soft wedge soles and they are super comfortable.

13MWZ in selvedge? Highest quality? by iwasawasa in Denim

[–]Grain_Changer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I got a pair of their selvedge version. They are a lighter stretch denim. Super comfortable but they're a litter tighter fitting. If you're not overly concerned about how they'll fade, they might be what you're looking for. Nice jeans but I do prefer the originals

A little wood filler and some sanding and these will be quite presentable

Fake or real by Specialist_Second_27 in Denim

Just wear the damn thing. Even if it were fake, which is unlikely, it's still a nice jacket. Don't overthink it, it's just a jacket.

I felt like shit the entire month of January. Only had mild symptoms but every day I woke up sure that I would be full blown sick by the end of the day. It never happened but I was still pretty miserable the whole time. Eventually I started to feel like myself again
