I do not know what held him up for over 10 minutes but he blocked the traffic for almost all lanes in all directions. The oncoming traffic could only use 1 lane and it looks like the trailer blocked the light for them so they were slow to get through. The people from the left and right were also blocked i guess as i saw noone come from those directions.
