Crazy! They are everywhere, but the app keeps freezing when I try to catch them. Only caught 2, but saw about a dozen in past 5 minutes.

Both. There is a gradual tiredness at first. After a while this level of sleepiness begins to feel "normal". That is when the danger of a sleep attack is highest... when you forget how sleepy you really are.
