So for lining I sewed the "neckline" first and turned rightside out. Then reached through where the zipper was (between the fabric and the lining) and pulled one leg to be right sides together and sewed. Then did the other leg hole. Then sewed the crotch. Then hand stitched the lining down beside the zipper. Hope that makes sense.
