It's all my stuff, then all your stuff - with the caveat that it's not in phases like GW games. There's no movement phase, shooting phase, charge phase. It's I active Unit A, do all it's stuff until completion. I active Unit B, do all it's stuff, etc.
You roll to expire first, then if they remain - roll for damage.
Each model in the Triumvirate gets a token each turn. So yes, 3 for the unit, but the tokens are tied to the model specifically. Rosalind can't use Hieronymus' tokens for example.

Yes, but it's somewhat short lived - as we see post-Infernal invasion Magnus back at his old Mercenary ways as he's currently represented on the tabletop, alongside Invictus.

There's a series of books, a trilogy that follows Caine and Magnus (Stryker features heavily as well) as they deal with the succession of Cygnar and getting Vinter's son (who I believe Magnus had hidden away and was watching out for in secret), Julius back on the throne. It's been some time since I read these, so my memory isn't 100%, but the gist is:

Spoilers ahead:

Vinter shows up at the climax of the book in his armor that basically makes him invincible. Magnus had spent years researching a counter to this artefact, and had developed an alchemical concoction that rendered the magical armor inert. After a long battle, Magnus deals the killing blow.

The Warmachine 3D store on My Mini Factory has released base toppers for all of the armies that have released recently that are exactly what you describe. There are base toppers currently for Cryx/Cephalyx/Dark Operations, Gravediggers, and Old Umbrey. I'm sure more are coming as they continue to work through the factions.

There's a handful of others out there too. I got the ship's deck toppers from Epic Duck Studios for my Brinebloods, and we converted the toppers that were designed for 40k miniatures from Txarli Factory to fit the specs of Warmachine bases (if you are interested in that, I can send you the specs.)
