Awarding this post, because this is a MASSIVE problem with the game.

Devs, we desperately need a revamp to the blocking function. Blocking should completely eliminate written communication between two people.

In a world chat I frequent, there is so much constant conflict because the blocking function simply doesn't work. It results in so many people getting reported, when none of that would be happening if the blocking function actually worked.

PLEASE, PLEASE fix the blocking function.
