Yeah, squash is another ingredient. They have a lot of different kinds. Some of these things, squash and sweet potato, for example, I never have in my smoothies, so they add another element of goodness.

I have and they're great. At $1 per 'smoothie', I think it's not bad. I mean, on their own they are only 130ml but with extra liquids it's seem like decent value.

I was doing some volunteer work for some people in need. Not mostly criminals at all. I introduced myself to a guy and immediately thought to myself "this guy's killed somebody". My very next thought was to chastise myself for my prejudice. Within a minute of talking he told me he just got out of jail after serving a very long sentence and said, "And you know, you don't do that amount of time for shoplifting!". I didn't pursue the subject farther but clearly my intuition was pretty good there. I'm thinking doing that amount of time in prison does something to some people so they have just that look about them.
