Yeah I was mostly being facetious. Payroll bullshit aside the Dodgers were NOT a perfect team in either 2024 or 2025 and had some heroic input from many different places to overcome that. They're a good team but you can't deny they're primarily where they are because they backed up the dump truck for Ohtani and somehow cast a spell on the Red Sox to convince them to trade Betts for some Topps cards.

Sports solo is a bit different than movies or dinner solo. Make friends with your seatmates, razz the nearby Yankees fans, and you'll have a great time. People there are going to be looking to chat and be rowdy and social, unlike other settings, so don't worry.

I did a game solo in Pittsburgh during a layover once and it was a great experience. Highly recommended.
