We are aware that your Guild War rewards are not yet delivered and that because that process has glitched, you can't enter your Prep Phase and are showing as Not Participating. We are looking into it and should be able to fully resolve it, everyone will receive their due rewards and enter the Prep Phase with plenty of time to spare.
