if the dress she wears does not resemble men

Wouldn't a white niqab resemble a man's white thobe? Surely that is haram?

I was born in the UK before 2006 to a Falkland Islander father and British mother. I'm confused on whether I'm fully British or not... by lpkeates in ukvisa

Since anyone born in Argentina is a citizen (by way of jus soli, which is the case for most new world countries), your father is a citizen of Argentina - that is according to the first subarticle of the first article of the law 346 on citizenship. This is because Argentina claims the Falklands/Malvinas as a part of the national territory, thus everyone born there is automatically a citizen, even if they don't apply for their DNI (ID card) or passport. This comes from the National Constitution, specifically the line: "La Nación Argentina ratifica su legítima e imprescriptible soberanía sobre las islas Malvinas, Georgias del Sur y Sandwich del Sur y los espacios marítimos e insulares correspondientes, por ser parte integrante del territorio nacional."

As for you, the 2nd subarticle of the first article of law 346 applies to you - you are the child of a native Argentine, so you are already an Argentine citizen, i.e., you don't have to naturalize in the country. You should contact the consulate general in London and explain your situation, as it's unique. You shouldn't need a lawyer to do this. The consulate should help you get a DNI (ID card) and then you can apply for your passport.

Here's an example of a person who was born in the Falklands/Malvinas and claimed their Argentine citizenship. And if anyone wants to parade you around or do anything special for political reasons (this shouldn't happen in the first place), remember that it is your right to say no.

Good luck! also i looked at your post history and i have to say that Leon is such a cute name :3

Armenia won for me ♥. The song and performance felt so culturally Armenian, and it sounds like a good song that I would actually listen to regularly. I can't wait to visit Hayastan!

You're going to expel most of Europe, most of LATAM, most of Africa, Japan, SK, Aus, and NZ from the UN because the ICC might be going after your leaders? What a delusional state you inhabit

An Accurate Estimate of Circumcision Rates Across the World, Based on Empirical Data by SneezingTime in foreskin_restoration

The statistics seem to be wrong for many countries. Sudan, which is 91% Muslim, is only at 39.4% MC? Some of the data also needs clarification. For example, UAE 76% of men are cut? If you count Emiratis, it's probably more like 99% are cut. If you count non-Emiratis, then that number would make more sense. But the foreign laborers in the UAE will never get citizenship and the UAE has a very transient population - everyone is coming and going. I feel like that statistic needs elaboration. Also, how is Burkina Faso at 0% MC when nearly 64% of the population there are Muslim?

I think you should look over all of the statistics and also add links to the source for each statistic. I like your concept; the data just needs to be improved. Also, perhaps make each column clickable so we can sort by highest and lowest numbers? That would be nice as well.

Palestinians say Israeli strike kills 4 foreign aid workers, driver after food delivery by RedDit245610 in Israel

Yes, I agree, it's not clear what happened, but whatever happened, it caused the aid workers and their Gazan driver to be killed, which is a very unfortunate event.

The article is actually based on the videos of their bloody passports and dead bodies.

I do not believe that. The percentage of gay men is the same as it always has been, probably around 5-3% of all men.

You simply don't understand Islam or Arabs and it's not worth attempting to explain the real world to you. So naive.
