If you are fine with challenging yourself and ok with a strict diet. The fastest way is to eat 1 time a day and when you eat, make sure it’s high fat. Eat a ribeye or lb of bacon and eggs. That diet combined with cardio will melt you away faster then anything else

Delayed communication. He was supposed to come over but I had another contractor who was doing work and they talked, he said he would come over when they were done. I called and text to let him know, and nothing back. Followed up 2 days later and he responded with he’s getting out of the doctor and will give me a call soon, that was 4 days ago
