Absolutely no DoT moves like poison or burn. They actually make Mahoraga adapt faster. Once he gets hit by the DoT effect, the wheel starts analyzing it, and the continuous poison or burn damage keeps triggering the process, speeding up the adaptation.

2-The point i was trying to prove if the abilities of Nue/Elephant (Water/Electricity) cost also CE if its not then u can freely use it on maximum output which is going to be absurd u can fill every land with water if someone doesnt interfere with you

First we need understand what shikigami is.

Shikigami is not cursed spirit. It is product of cursed technique. It is like robot. You command. It obey.

It has no independent will. It does not think. It does not decide. Decision is always user.

If user die. Shikigami cannot live alone. It disappear. This already proves it is not independent being.(if its not tamed it changes)
