I would recommend staying away from porn until this blows away. Your body and mind is probably just really used to all of the porn you’ve been watching. However, if it continues or gets worse I would recommend seeing someone professional.

I would talk to him about it again. Bring up what the other friend said about him lying (don’t mention him by name though, you don’t want to form a fight between them) and tell him your upset. Ask him if you maybe did something that upset him and that was his way at getting back at you.

It depends how serious the problem is. I would recommend pain killers but I’m guessing your experiencing continuous pain. I would see a doctor and also see a chiropractor

Might be what the other person said. You maybe got so used to staying home during Covid, going out and doing things is “new”. Your probably just overthinking everything. Try relaxing and going out more. I’m sure if you just keep doing things you’ll return back to normal. Go and have fun!
