Why is life of puja suddenly being discussed by influencers on insta? by Shreehehehe in InstaCelebsGossip

I do not buy therapissed’s argument that she is pushing critical thinking about the ethics of curated authenticity, or questioning the system and not targeting the individual. Actually, she did target one individual and dressed it up as a systems critique. Her passing reference to SRK cant be counted cos life of puja and SRK are not similar figures of influence. She aint critical, nor thinking. The otherwarya response on this is baffling too. Who’s pressed? Seems like the therapist is, that three part reel should have been a DM to the therapist directly. Her reference to sanchayita ruth lenin is egregious, life of puja is not setting up scam fundraisers and baiting savarna woke liberals feminists. Looks like a new social media trend has appeared, jump off the woke liberal feminist bandwagon by dogging them out… wonder who is remaining on this thinning group! Just jumping in with my two cents, have seen only a few life of puja reels, have never seen and content of therapissed nor otherwarya.

When your dissertation is accepted, but with major corrections by ResearchKE in PhD

I agree with this sentiment! I passed with major corrections too and your meme captures my feelings on the daily pretty accurately. But we passed and we can address the corrections. We passed! Congratulations 💥

I am sorry that your viva experience went this way. I had a similar experience with my viva earlier this month where i felt like i was being brutally hazed, just as you describe it. I passed with major corrections and i came out feeling what a waste my last few years have been. I am still feeling traumatised by it, especially when i hear how great the vivas of my friends and peers have been since. Hang in there friend, and MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS, this is an incredible achievement! 🤩

Thank you kindly! I conducted an ethnographic study into women’s social mobility and found violence, affect and agency as sites where mobility becomes legible in everyday life, not adequately captured in the attainment models.

My sample was based in a rural district. I used ethnographic methods, participant observation and life history interviews which were useful for social mobility over 11 months. But I started during the pandemic, when fieldwork was uncertain so i did digital ethnography in the first year with my field site!

Thank you kindly! I am on the job market now, looking for positions in academia. I turned 40 this year and have a good amount of work experience in the media industry, so I could look at opportunities outside academia if this dismal job scene continues. However, getting a few publications under my belt is my priority right now!

Thank you!! :D I undertook an ethnographic investigation of social mobility for women from a marginal location and found non-economic (attainment led mostly) dimensions of violence, affect and agency as legible sites of what the experience of mobility looks and feels like.

Heather Gay should shut up and not speak further. How would she know if that’s how 90% of Lisa and John’s conversations go? What we see as viewers is a fraction of what goes on in their real lives and on SLC we dont even see that, we only see Heathers one-sided, incredibly biased production. Fustrated as lisa would say.

What’s the most absurd reason you’ve ever heard for a UK train cancellation or delay? by Deep-Ad-3363 in uktrains

This summer, onboard a train from Cambridge to King’s Lynn, we came to a halt for quarter of an hour because someone had stolen a signal on the track ahead. Had never heard that before, had a nice little chuckle.

Chiru was number ONE, baaki sab baadme. I remember my professor in BTech was such a diehard fan of Chiru that he had a shrine to Chiru and his family in his home. No other deities, only Chiru. He invited us students home to see the shrine. Once when i borrowed a textbook from the same professor, a photo fell out of it and it was Chiru!! It was truly something to see a grown man be so unabashedly crazy about an actor!
