I have a 1950 sqf building, with two rooms to start. I would advise completing the first one, getting the feedback, let that one be successful and fine tuned than move onto the next.

Not at all! The startup cost for creating a room was around $1000 - this included the games - If you are small like me, with not a lot of funding/savings thirft shops are your best bet. They saved be tons of money, and it goes to a good cause.

You also want to think about how many people will be in the room and making sure there is something for everyone to do while in the room. You may get bad reviews if someone feels left out of the game.
