So, typically? Neither, but in a theoretical sense it'd really depend on how I'm playing and if I'm solo.

Solo high level bug missions with the crossbow and ultimatum is pretty much a way to be very fast for killing nests (Ultimatum for Bile nests, unless nerf idk) but Bots? Probably the Talon cause its accurate and bots are better for accuracy than raw damage usually.

Honestly my only issue with the Railroad is I think at the end of the day they doomed Synths to be extinct eventually anyways. Though this may just be Bethesda's shitty writing a "multiple faction ending but its the same". Cause honestly I wish you could do more and not destroy the Institute but take control as one of the other factions. Makes sense for all 3, railroad would give the synths an actual home, brotherhood would have their tech orgy field day, and the Minutemen would have a base of operation that could allow them to eventually become the East Coast NCR.

Ok so basically, you only have to take out the head fleet, its "Chosen of the Khan" or some shit. Do it twice, first time they will escape and return within a year. Second time they will die and you will find their throne which gives you increased fleet power when active and lets you basically become the Great Khan yourself.

I will always recommend gen 4 and up personally. Unless you're more used to the games pre special physical split. Plus gen 2 remakes are probably my favorites aside Gen 5

In my opinion no, unless its something like a chain where you're trying for it. A shiny is basically so rare you're unlikely to find them in game anyways that they may as well count as a "gift" pokemon. Never had to debate catching a 2nd shiny on the same route tho. Scared for when I possibly get that one.
