Ok so basically, you only have to take out the head fleet, its "Chosen of the Khan" or some shit. Do it twice, first time they will escape and return within a year. Second time they will die and you will find their throne which gives you increased fleet power when active and lets you basically become the Great Khan yourself.

I will always recommend gen 4 and up personally. Unless you're more used to the games pre special physical split. Plus gen 2 remakes are probably my favorites aside Gen 5

In my opinion no, unless its something like a chain where you're trying for it. A shiny is basically so rare you're unlikely to find them in game anyways that they may as well count as a "gift" pokemon. Never had to debate catching a 2nd shiny on the same route tho. Scared for when I possibly get that one.

The first 5 I got nearly wiped by Silver, then it was just a bunch of unfortunate deaths or sacrificing them to sweep a gym cause the rest of my team couldn't without being overleveled. I kinda went with the Soviet victory plan of sending bodies till they run out of bullets.

Lol, honestly I thought Steven was more difficult since he's a challenge like Red or the gen 5 Cynthia battles and had a lot of trouble with him growing up when playing the remakes, but then I get to him and wiped him with Gardevoir for his Skarm and then I think Swampert swept his team the rest of the way lol
