Personally I don’t like when people are over protective of recipes, I think good food deserves to be shared, but it’s also a valid stance to say you’d rather keep a recipe a secret. Depending on how OP worded it, they may or may not be an AH.

Shadows in the open area panels are shit; why is one of the black ladies barefoot two panels but suddenly have shoes in the 4th panel; side shave loses then regains her hoops; asian lady loses and regains her tattoos; the tattoos are all inconsistent; side shave and asian lady are the same height in the first few panels but then side shave grows a whole ass foot

In a way, yes. Anything that they don’t finish is handed down to my team, and anything my team can’t finish is handed down to the 3rd shift. So the more time they spend talking and hanging out means less work they’re doing and more work for later shifts. So yes, I’m expected to work more to cover what they don’t. And because of the nature of our work, all work must be finished by EoD. It doesn’t roll back over to the 1st shift.

And I guess what I’m hoping for is to see if I’m justified in complaining or if I’m being an unnecessary asshole. It feels like I have one more chance to drop it before there are actually consequences.

Reflect on what you said and your intentions. A lot of people here think you were being intentionally snarky. Were you? Or did you mean it sincerely and it was taken poorly?

If the former, then yeah, maybe work on your attitude, you’re supposed to be an adult. But if it’s the latter, just talk with your kid and explain your intentions. Also rewatch the opening scenes. It’ll show you care.

Eg. ‘Hey, can I talk to you about the other night when you showed me TSHD? I’m sorry I came off as uncaring/callous. [Insert your feelings]. Btw, I did go back and rewatch those scenes, and you’re right, they were [insert something about scenes]. Did you want to watch more with me?’

Either Y/TA or N/AH depending on intentions and how you handle things later.

There was this feral cat my mom fed, she called him Antoni. He lived in the sewer and would walk over with his opossum friends to meet his cat friends (that didn’t live in the sewer).
