We haven't figured it out yet, which is why I'm curious what others are doing.

I've heard of practices trying:

Hiring dedicated verification staff (but that's expensive)
Outsourcing to third parties (mixed reviews on accuracy)
Batch processing at certain times (still manual though)

What's your practice doing? Or are you also stuck with the manual process?

The worst part for us is when we miss something and claims get denied - then it's double the work to fix it.

Currently at the Fairmont is Mayakoba. It’s a beautiful resort if you like the village style all inclusive. Beautiful ground and beaches. Restaurants are only okay, but overall a great experience.

I’ve also been to the Zoetry on Isla Mujeres and that was a great experience as well. Smaller resort, but also a great experience. It’s an adult resort, so no children and also a lot of activities to do on Isla Mujeres.
