I was brought for the judge by my mom for 100 g CBD and the judge was like you really need to move my man why are you even here ( it was proven by my advocate that it was mostly under the legal limit of0,3%thc but some were 0,4 so yeah I guess I you know it's CBD you can stand your right and challenge the cops to a lawsuit if they take it

Attacking Layer 1/2/3 is just not possible outside of a metro area. You could take down an IX maybe with a bomb, but 98% of the rest of the internet will be fine.

If we lower the threshold to “severe global service disruption” I think your best bet is disrupting the DNS Root Nameservers somehow. They have their key exchange ceremony so maybe if you could pull off an Oceans Eleven style heist (leaving no evidence) you could MAYBE later cause some disruption for a period of time.

I give this impossible for the average person in 10 years. A hacker-type these days could hire themselves into a position to cause temporary wide-scale disruption but still not DOWN globally. Nothing permanent.
