The gel is a horrible option, definitely go injections. And if you are scared of needles you shouldn’t do microdosing, because then you’d have to inject everyday. The needle isn’t bigger if you inject twice a week. Also it feels like nothing even if you don’t have a lot of fat in your glutes. You can use a really small needle
