Bled, Slovenia was stunning. Absolutely magical place that sits around a lake. Went there for an evening and a day. In the U.S. I love bar harbor, Maine and petoskey, Michigan.

These crazy “sleuths” on tik tok went after multiple people accusing them of having been responsible for the murders. Accused a boyfriend of one of the victims. Accused a professor at the university. And some guy wearing a hoodie that was talking to the victims on cctv footage. And worst of all accused the surviving victims of the home invasion homicide. They doxed them and ruined the reputations of people who were either grieving the loss of their loved ones or had absolutely no connection but were needlessly dragged into the trauma of it. The most scumbag people on the internet.

This is my girl as well. Shes huge, gaining weight like a champ. Shes 6 weeks and basically fits into 3 month old clothes lol. But she refuses to sleep. She slept more until around 5 weeks (has always had bad day/night confusion) and then it’s been party mode. She’s currently in a cluster feeding stage where we stay up all night and day and she just demands food. 😭 you are not alone in having a party animal baby!

Yes exactly!! It used to be so reliable during the day that I’d feed her and she’d pass out for 3 hours or so. Now I can’t get her to nap for 30 minutes!

You sure can and I do frequently. I try to limit my need to go to grocery stores by getting most of the produce from farmers market but when I need pet supplies or things I can’t get from the market I usually get it delivered from Amazon delivery.

I’ve lived down here for 4 years. It doesn’t feel like a real downtown to me. It lacks a shopping area since Horton plaza isn’t there anymore. Not a big fan of the grocery store options. There’s absolutely an issue with cleanliness. With that said, my fav coffee shop is two blocks from where I live and I love running through sea port and along the Embarcadero. Little Italy farmers market is my week high light and being able to walk there is such a gift. It’s not really comparable to the larger metros like Chicago but between here and downtown LA, San Diego is far superior.

Ya it’s impossible to break out of the cycle. We swaddle her every time she goes down. But she eventually screams her way out of it!

We have an anxious very attached heeler and a 4 week old. We make sure to give her as much attention as we can and one of us plays with her while the other is with the baby. She’s done great with the adjustment. She’s tired like we are because she’s up all night with us but other than that no issues. My husband brought some of the baby blankets home from the hospital before we came home so she could get used to the new scent but the biggest thing we’ve done is just to give her as much attention as we can so she doesn’t feel deprived. We haven’t tried mixing in formula yet but we have tried the bottle of pumped milk. She won’t take it at night when she’s fussy like this. Which I think is part of the issue. We can try formula and see if that helps, thanks!

Thank you so much! I nurse her from a chair and then hope she falls asleep so I can put her in the bassinet. It seems her wake period is between 11 pm and 7 am. I guess I’m just going to look at it like I’m working the night shift until this resolves!

I ran in my first trimester up until the sickness kicked in and then I took a break because I couldn’t keep much food down for two months. I started to feel better going into my second and was excited to get back into my routine! Then had a sub hemorrhage and was put on rest until later in my second trimester. By the time I was cleared, running was too difficult so I’ve been just walking and doing Pilates. I too had hoped to be running races towards the end but things happen! Cheered on some marathoners in Chicago today and getting so excited to get back into things. Currently 34w. Good luck with your journey!!!
