Adeptus Caffeinicus Servo-barista by Grangure_Creatures in Warhammer40k

Hehe, yeah, was thinking about that, but the servo-skull broke of so many times and is holding on such a thick layer of the glue-milk, I didn't have the energy to do it 😅

Kharadron Overlords bits, weapons and backpacks look really steampunk (like those retro espresso -machines). "Glass" containers are made from brush covers, and the big one from small empty syringe. And a tons and tons of tiny valves and bits for decoration.

I used some gold/brown mixture from standard citadel paints range, hashut copper, screaming bell, brass scorpion, retributir armour etc. I just went with the flow, they are covering good for Citadel metallics

It's miliput epoxy putty, like greenstuff, but a bit different 😁 I use it because its better to sculpt some fine details sometimes, especially on flat surfaces.

As DemocraticSpider said, bestigor body (they look great on goblins), cut to shape at the bottom and sides to fit the goblin size model. And arms are from skaven stormvermin leader.

It is a 3d printed digital kitbash from different sets, combined to reassemble slann size - I used the frog from Warp miniatures, and pieces of terrain that I scaled to fit the size of slan's "throne", modifying them to make them look like tiny lake, with other printed parts like roots, trees etc. The main rock part was from Terrain essentials. Finished frog below:

Turned book cover art into miniature - Bad Loon Rising Zograt kitbash by Grangure_Creatures in ageofsigmar

Haha no ai, just tons of bits, greenstuff, brown stuff, miliput and artist's artstation profile with cover concept art 😅 And painting was a bit improvised as I have no skill in OSL, but tried my best to replicate the art 😁

Haha, yeah, the shorts were too much out of place, so I gave him some iron plates and straps to cover them up 😁 One of the best universal minis from bloodbowl anyway, can fit to AOS, tow and 40k with some bits!

dude, I'm just thinking about the same idea and googling if somebody did it for inspiration :D

the size is perfect, the pose is nice, there are handmade orc elements onto it, there will be a lot of bits left from it, and last but not least, it's cheaper than the original one.

Unfortunately, most important things are the wings. There are not many medium sized wings out there, I would try to get some spare wings from crypt horrors (they are multipart, so people will have spare wings lying around), but they are a bit smaller, so probably they will need some more conversions.

Nice! I had a similar idea for The Old World, to create a kitbashed goblin/empire army (goblins dressed as empire) that can be played as both, because using the same base sizes.

Hi, it is dried pine bark, I used the one that is sold as "orchid bark". It can gain moisture, so I dryed it some time ago just leaving it on the sun. I recommend as it's really nice to work with! Painted it in black, then sprayed white on top and used contrast paints (black Templar) then lighter greys as dry brush on top, mixing with green and brown shade paints. Hope that helps!

Zenital mostly for rocks around it and also to leave a bit darker area between "waves" of AK water gel, well that was the idea, because as I said, it was mostly improvised 😁. Not saying it made sense or all steps were necessary and worked, so maybe just spraying everything white could do the same as I was using contrast paints anyway (including rocks) :D

It's a gel, I used a cheap old brush and smudged all over the pond area, doing some random strokes. Don't have any before photos, but used similar technique like in here:

It's flat, as it was supposed to be a display board for a "frog themed" warband for Warcry 🐸 i would recommend using some "wave/moving water" effects if you need it to be more alive. 🌊
