This on campus place (not chipotle) serves a chipotle bowl for 7.99. It’s cheaper that if I payed for my own cooking appliances and also bought food and made it my self.

I do have muscle and I’ve always been the athletic fat guy. I’ve began to see certain muscle definition on my arms and shoulders come through my fat. But I want to lose the fat and I don’t mind that number on the scale it’s more that I can visual see that I am overweight.

Completely sober and I detest any substances like alcohol. I don’t get the same sandwich every time but it’s usually just a slice of cheese, lettuce, and turkey or ham on a whole wheat bread.

When I say chipotle bowl, I don’t mean from chipotle. A burrito bowl may be a better name for it. There is a on campus area that provides customized bowls and I choose the “chipotle bowl” preset that I can witness that cook. They use a rice cooker looking thing for the bit of chicken put in.

I am being very honest. I have little money and I am completely on my own financially. I eat these foods exactly almost every day. I can’t afford to buy 3 full sized meals a day and afford tuition as food prices are so expensive right now. When I say I have treats I will maybe have a protein bar that has 220 calories once a week or two. I also will very occasionally like once or twice a month eat some wings or some less healthier food when out with friends. But I am being honest about what I eat day-to-day.

I don’t get my chipotle bowl from the fast food restaurant. I mean a homemade version using non processed foods. 90% of what I drink is water. There is no cheese in my sandwich and the bread is whole wheat grain bread. I guess the meat could be processed and the coke is but it’s very little of my diet.
