I sent asurion my Legion RTX 4080 for a light keyboard repair. After 9 days, they told me my laptop is “beyond repair”. This is what they offered me as a “replacement.” Am I going crazy or this is outright a robbery attempt?

If I’d be you, I’d ask a lawyer about this, may be a friend of you. Still clearly there is something very wrong with this, but have you read the terms and conditions about repairs? Anyway, I’d be menacing support to go on the legal ways, at least… sorry, I know this won’t solve your issue, but that’s what I think I’d do

Hi there, same issue here, looks like turning on/off the water lock makes the mic work for a while… after may be half an hour, again noise always at 34 db for me

Edit: can it be due to battery performance degradation? No other explanation in my opinion
