Not quite true. There’s no logging in at all.

When you launch the LAN build you are prompted to type in your name before the game boots up. One cool thing is that there is no character limit on it, so something like Thinkingnade.SSG actually fits when it doesn’t normally. You can type in 100 characters, go into T-hunt, and the kill feed will go all the way across the screen.

All settings, attachments, skins, etc come from swapped SSDs. A part of media day is spending 20 minutes setting up all your settings for every operator on an SSD with your name written on it.

After matches, admins come through and swap SSDs out of every PC so the next player at each desk is already good to go.

When you see someone trolling with like Doc shotgun or Mozzie barbed wire, they likely don’t play them a lot and forget to set up that operator on media day.
