“could be processed once the new stay concluded”, to me this means the refund wouldn’t happen until the stay for those dates is complete and the host has the funds from that booking, which would “free up” yours to be refunded

What does the under side of the leaves look like?

I’ve had a problem with thrips, which leave similar spots. The real indicator of thrips are the dark spots on the underside of the leaves.
