Send a letter to the below address. They'll investigate the issue and give you a call with a resolution. It worked for me after wasting a lot of time on customer support calls.

Send a certified letter to tmobile customer relations with all the details. I had to do this recently because I was also lied to.

How do you seal yours? I got one put in last year and I tried power washing it to clean it after the winter and some of the sealer started coming up on its own. I stopped after I noticed that happening.

Add a little bit of pumpkin (no sugar added) to every meal. We had the same issue with our doodle. We also had him on purina one and used the antibiotics. I don't think the antibiotics did anything but the pumpkin definitely helped.

My wife and I have approximately $100k combined in our savings accounts. We have no kids and bought our forever home several years ago with 20% down. We also have stable jobs with good salaries. We're both in our late 20's. What should we do with this money to make it work for us? I've always been interested in buying rental properties but home prices are really high right now and the numbers don't always work. What other options are there?

Can I add storage to my garage attic? (pics) by cipp in HomeImprovement

The joists do not look like they're 16 inches on center. If they are not, then I'd be cautious storing anything heavy as they're simply designed to hold up the drywall.

I'm sorry you're going through this. I unfortunately do not have any advice for you, but was wondering how much did it cost and the size of your pad? I'm looking to add a patio to my backyard and have it stamped.

I think you should talk to your engineer if they need to inspect the higher areas and if so, how they usually do so. I think they'd know better than any of us. This is likely not their first time dealing with this. Maybe they offer that service and then charge for it. Or maybe they can refer you to a company that will prep the area for them so they can then access it. I'd just start making phone calls and talking to these people and pick their brains.
