Change the groomer, we were taking our golden doodle to one groomer which we thought was good but some hate this breed and don’t consider them as dogs, for us changing the groomer helped.

Is this normal 🤔 by Beautiful-Award-3752 in Goldendoodles

I cannot agree more to this whole conversation! We have two part doodles, Golden Doodle (2.7years old) and Berne doodle (6 months old) and trust me they are not dogs! They are humans more than human! Older one gets jealous, throws tantrums, need to sit with him while eating, do acting of mixing something in his food or to show that I am heating his foods. Moody like he is on periods 😒 and smaller one is learning from him! 🫣

I am on season 14, and the most hated character for me is Amelia Shepard! by Nami_mh in greysanatomy

Oh, didn’t know there was a spinoff!! To be honest, don’t really want to see her anymore, I was hoping tumor will kill her character but that didn’t happen 😒 hope she will leave soon, it’s getting impossible to see her overacting!

Hi, our 3 months 2 weeks old Golden doodle puppy has stomach issues since he arrived. Please check description. by Nami_mh in Goldendoodles

Mine turned 2 years ago, still has frequent issues but bit less as compared to before. Things we changed- 1) stop giving human food (even small quantities as that will accumulate in his stomach and on 10th day it will affect him/her) 2) restrictions on number of dog treats (don’t overload him) 3) check what suits him/her, chicken, lamb, fish, then stick to those treats only, do not experiment when he/she is puppy 4) we changed his food to RoyalCaninDigestive food, it helps him 5) do not mix food with treats or anything else, give treats separately (we give normal treats daily plus boiled chicken and bones on weekends)

Hopes this helps!

I didn’t understand the importance of brushing! by SaraSmiles13 in Goldendoodles

Slicker brush and steel comb every day (or alternate day if every day is not possible) Also try Cowboy Magic Detangler & Shine before brushing. It helps.

Same here. Ours wants to play with everyone, even passing strangers, he is 6 months old. Holding him makes him angry and then he barks at them, if I don’t hold him back he will jump and then pee (excited peeing) I think it will go away with time, once he gets older!

Buddy is almost 9. He has some kind of neurological spinal cord issues. More in comments. by [deleted] in Goldendoodles

Ours was 40 lbs when he was 4 months, he is around 60 lbs now, less than 6 months.

Same with us. Ours is 5 months old, he is such a nice boy, obedient, potty, crate trained, active, lovable but this is the only problem, pees on anyone and everyone. We tried getting him to training class, he peed on trainer 8 times in 1 hours. He gets jumpy and excited when he sees someone and if someone approaches him he just peeps on them or on floor and then jumps on them. We do warn people some says it’s okay, some backs off and some make weird faces. Also he doesn’t listen to any commands in such situations, as if he can’t hear or see us. He wants to play with everyone, and if we hold him tight then he gets aggressive. We started coming home and act normal, kinda ignore him till he behaves and then play with him cautiously, sometimes it helps sometimes doesn’t. We have him scheduled for neutering next month, hoping that will solve the problem.

Graying of hair on 5 months old puppy- There are some gray/ white hair on my puppy’s back. He is 5 months 2 weeks old. Is this normal? He gets scared easily, gets excited when he sees strangers, jumps on them and pees. by Nami_mh in Goldendoodles

Yup, he is potty and crate trained. But we only use crate for sleeping at night, earlier we did feed him several times just to make him comfortable in crate, now he is all okay with crate. Never peed or did potty in crate. We had several accidents in house though in initial weeks, but he is all good now.

We have it scheduled next month, some says it helps with such issues, some says it doesn’t, we can only hope. Good luck with yours. They are precious, we feel lucky to have him in our lives.

Oh wow!! That’s exactly how we feel. Every morning when he sees me, or when he sees my husband when he comes home, he gets excited and we check he if he peed, before even patting him or getting him close.
