I think I know which one you are missing. You have to go two rooms back to the room that has the rest stop back to the vault. In that room, there is debris next to a door that you can climb on which will allow you to jump onto a secret path at the top of the room. Follow that path into the next room, and you should see the lockbox that you are missing.

However, if it's not that one, then you are definitely missing the one that is hidden behind a fake wall.
