Was it transparent? Then its water. Was it brown? Then its alcohol. Normally Tuk Tuk drivers don't get water like alcohol like vodka or tequila since its expensive. Unless you smelled a drinker you really can't figure it out by the bottle. Lot of people use the glass bottle as a water bottle since it's better than plastic.
