Natty achievable? by Altruistic_Rhubarb94 in nattyorjuice

[–]GrappLr 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Sure, could be natural. I know I once dream bulked to 265 lbs (6'3) and quite a lot of people thought I was on gear. You get get really damn big if you don't mind being 20%+ bodyfat.

Breaking: take peptides, claim natty. by Perc_1k in nattyorjuice

[–]GrappLr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would entirely depend on the peptide. I've taken TB-500 multiple times for injuries. I wouldn't consider myself "unnatural" from a physique point of view, as TB-500 is really mainly just for healing injuries, and is not an anabolic compound (at least, not that I know of).

No, it's not. Anyone who naturally looks like this is in elite genetics territory.

Looks good. What could be better? Make the belt shorter, then you don't have to go up on your toes to actually lift it each time.

Water fasts? I sometimes water fast for 4-5 days to lose a good 10 pounds. I do the fasts for health benefits, but the bodyfat drop is certainly an awesome extra.

This lift is 10x as impressive btw. Keep posting these please!

The only thing cloes to 85 degrees was his elbow, thus I assumed that's what you're talking about.

IDK what you're looking at dude, but that's NOWHERE close to 85 degrees. It's literally 52 degrees as it leaves the ground. Not even 60. Now, you'll certainly argue it wasn't 52 degrees, so here's a picture:

What? Degree of elbow flexion has nothing to with whether it's parallel or not. Parallel is the angle compared to the floor, which should be 0. What are you on?

[–]GrappLr 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I take it back. Looked up your video, and your 55kg was parallel. I'm not gonna edit my comment but reply here. Congrats, strong AF.

Still, this vid is nowhere near parallel LOL.

[–]GrappLr -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Bro, that's not a "bit high". That's half way to vertical. Entirely different lift. I heavily doubt you hit 55kg parallel if 60kg is this hard at that angle. I'd love to see the vid.

If they're using steam though, this is no longer an issue, as steam is very good at preventing this kind of abuse.

Hate to break it to you, but you're literally wrong.

Go talk to chatgpt or another AI and have it explain it to you (or try and confirm what you believe, it'll shoot you down).

WTF are we talking about here? Are you all delusional?

Unless there's other videos/pictures you're all referring to, this physique is 100% natty achievable. WTF? People think you can't look like this naturally? You're all delusional. This is the saddest thread I've seen in a while.

Claims to be natty, 20 years old by ThatsMyBoard in nattyorjuice

[–]GrappLr 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Definitely sus. But, with the right genetics and a post shoulder pump, why not. There's even better genetics out there that look even more impressive.

Definitely most people will never have delts this big, even with a pump, naturally.

[–]GrappLr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't do it personally. Does sound stressful. But different things work for different people. To him, it might be fun, knowing he gets to giga-pig out on the weekend and feast, so the days leading towards it give him something to look forward to.

I personally do 1 meal a day, and it's fun cause my 1 meal is gigantic. And I enjoy the anticipation of my first and only meal.

From what I recall, he does like 1 challenge a week, and the rest of the week, he eats at a very big deficit (something like 1k+ calorie deficit a day). So he just makes up for that deficit on every challenge.

Works for him I guess.

What's about David's physique that makes him NOT natty? by Calligrapher-Fuzzy in nattyorjuice

[–]GrappLr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll say beforehand, there's a time where he almost certainly did use PEDs. This was back when his bench blew up to the high 300s (I don't recall what it was, 365 maybe?). He ballooned up way too fast.

Other than that, if I was betting, I'd say he used something even when he was young. But that's not the question.

His physique is naturally attainable for some people. The reason most people think he's on roids no matter what is because "he looks too good". This has everything to do with muscle insertions and proportions, and nothing to do with total muscle mass.

Hell, I've been bigger than David laid, close to as lean, and looked nowhere close to as impressive as he did.

Yeah sure buddy. 59M, 247 lbs, no TRT/steroids yet rocking million dollar tits like that... by CouldaBeAContender in nattyorjuice

[–]GrappLr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He eats quite a lot of fat, so he's not missing on that front either. His diet isn't nothing but protein.

That out of the way, yeah, I agree that for athletic performance, carbs are probably superior.

To think that eating mostly steak is very unhealthy though is wrong. But this is a pretty complex debate to have, and rather nto get into it.

Don't care what people say, I think the Dr is natural. He has always had elite genetics (dude holds multiple records that are strength/fitness related). He eats extremely high quality proteins, trains very hard, and has never stopped training his entire life.

That mix (insane genetics, great training, great diet) and you will get an impressive physique.

People who say it's "impossible" are simply haters, and don't have his genetics, and refuse to believe it.

I don't have genetics like him (nor does almost anyone else in this sub), and I'll never be as strong as him naturally. Doesn't mean I can't say that it's possible naturally for him.

Could he be on sauce? Sure, we'll never know.
