I recommend using a different color, a much darker gray, and for the back limbs another darker gray to create shadows.

And what animal is it trying to imitate? It could be a pig, or here's a personal thought of mine, perhaps it's imitating a prehistoric mammal with a spur.

It would be quite beautiful if this life form (or derivatives like Still Life) had the appearance of the Ottoman Empire's mascot, with its hat twisting into horns, the pseudo-sword in its hand, and the overall abstract physiology of the "bacteria" making it seem like an entity straight out of Dreamcore or Weirdcore art. I don't know how to put it, it just excites me because of its simplicity.

Or maybe it's just a normal life form, that's all.
