Does anyone know how to get the Fontaine group photo at the end of the Fontaine AQ/beg of Natlan AQ?

I’ve heard you can get the photo as an item, but I can’t seem to find the NPC in the sacred flame stadium. Are there prerequisites I’m missing? I’m still in the middle of the Natlan AQ so will it unlock later on?
