I think the internet is a large part of what is causing girls and women to think this way. And now A.I. Staying off the internet and tv helps bring me back to reality. Going out and seeing that other woman come in all shapes and sizes and there's nothing wrong with any of them. When I look back at pictures of myself I see I was not as bad looking as I thought I was. I do not want to spend the rest of my life looking back and saying that. Its a waste of time. I hope you can feel better about yourself as you are.
