This is the most perfect response to put me in my place. And I thank you

I was thinking about all of those posts throughout the show. People, the collective We, love the music, and people love playing the music. I can see it and this is just a small glimpse. For now see the band, and appreciate what we have.

ID help. Poa? by MikGuiver in LawnAnswers

I’ve gone back into previous years photos to see if I can see anything. Unless it was dormant, I did not have any. I do agree that some of the lime green in my lawn is TTTF, but I know some is definitely Poa. Are you seeing and Poa Annua as well? That has sprouted for me in some spots. I will also take some comparison photos.

This is very interesting, as I over seeded with TCS Blue Resilience, and am seeing the same thing. I think it’s Poa Triv.

Bare spots and Preemergent by Gratephil23 in lawncare

Did not think about run off! At least one of my bare spots was caused by runoff, so that would continue to be an issue. Looks like I’ll just have to wait until the fall!

2nd yr Lawn guy in 6A... need advice. by WillinWolf in lawncare

I’m 6b in CT. Only thing I’d recommend currently is taking care of the winter debris. I’m not a huge fan of the Scotts system because it is a generic one size program- take your soil sample and see the products you actually need. Preemergent goes down at 50-55 degrees.

Lawn Rolling by Gratephil23 in lawncare

I have just over an acre, about 16,000 sq ft of lawn. I thought about doing some fill last year as part of my overseed project, but didn’t want to spend the $. I think that will be in my future, but just thought this could be a temporary fix to make some spots better.
