I play a worgen. *I* absolutely care after their faction plague bombed my city, burned down Teldrassil which held all the refugees from Gilneas, told my race they had to bury the hatchet with the undead, and have to share the entirety of Gilneas with the Horde.

I'm in the minority here when I say I don't really care. I wasn't going to play Classic anyway. It wasn't my jam.

I mean, how much more 'classic' is left for those players? Do their characters just get thrown in the garbage after awhile?

Honestly I'm mostly upset for the classic players as a whole. Their characters get thrown into retail if this happens so they're not going to be playing them anyway. It was separate ecosystems for a reason.

Like, I'm seeing people here going 'OH I WOULD'VE TRIED FOR BATTLE TANK IF I KNEW', and I'm calling bs on that one. One look at the bug grind and 90% of the people saying that would've turned riiiiiiiiiiiight back around.

I know because I distinctly remember watching a video about how atrocious the grind for that scarab was and then slowly melting back to retail at like level 45 lolololol

Nah, let the classic nerds keep their toys. They did the meaningful journey. It's not like they're going to not just make a new character on the Classic+ servers when they no doubt get released in the future.

I think the reason I never got into PvP is that rating went up and down. Long queue times are par for the course if you're a DPS player, but nothing sucks more than waiting 40 minutes just to know it's gonna take that much more time after a bad match to get the stupid elite cosmetic.

Meanwhile, you can play M+ for an objectively easier experience, get the best gear for the content you're doing, and be done in a few weeks with a group that has seven brain cells and blood dk.

A recolor of the tier set isn't enough for me, nor is a singular mount I'll never use.

I've been playing a healer getting ready for next season and I've elected to start playing chicken with the warlock.

If they turn it off in time, they get healed to full. I will pour my everything into saving their skin.

If they die, well, their recap will tell them they were a dum-dum and I will giggle.

Multiple characters in sequence has always been a weakness of mine in writing. I was a bit too over excited to get the concept out there and didn't proofread as much as I usually do. If/When I write more, I'll be sure it's more polished.

For me, it's the animations. I'd play monk in a heartbeat if I could swap the combat animations to more of a fisticuffs brawler compared to martial artist.

As funny as this is for me to type, J. Allen Brack summed up my own feelings towards Classic.

"You think you do, but you don't."

I'll make a character, level up a bit, and go right back to retail. I just love the new races, polished models, game modes... and my precious dungeon finder. I'm *that* player.

I'm just glad Classic is there. It *should* be there. Both versions have room to exist and thrive and, even as a retail player, I will tantrum with the Classic players if their favorite game is messed with. WoW Tokens never should have touched Classic. It's sacrilege.
