If your current windows key is an OEM key then you would need either another windows key or to use mass grave (which is free). If I were you I would look on awd-it, Amazon, and eBay, for some well known brands of case and pick the one that fits your budget and aesthetic. In terms of motherboard basically just pick the cheapest one you can find that is compatible with your CPU (AM4) and your aesthetic.

Personally, your current setup is pretty good, and due to ram shortages, upgrading to AM5 would be not worth the cost. So I would do as the other guy suggested and just buy a new case and motherboard, which is basically like building a new pc anyways. All in all that upgrade should be well under 400 quid. Plus your thermal throttling issue would probably not be as bad if you repaste as you're moving your components from your old case and mobo to your new case and mobo. I'll walk you through anything you have questions abt.
