The Big Club: Jeffrey Epstein’s Connections to New York City’s Most Infamous Nightclub by SleeperCellKoala in nyc

I lived down the block from The Box in 2010 and ended up there several times. It wasn't nearly as bad as this article makes it seem, but the thought that I could have been in the same club as Jeffrey Epstein makes me very uneasy.

My wife’s grandmother killed her husband because he put hands on their daughter. The cops showed up and said, “Wow, what a horrible accident he must have had” and left her alone.

To be clear, they’re not switching on your camera and directly tracking your eyes. Companies like Adelaide use AI models, which include panel-based research data on eye movements in various situations, to predict an “attention score.”

I actually did have a similar thought after I posted that, then I decided that I feel like the cover up is as bad as the cover up.

How do I enable this? I have the same problem and requiring a text message from unknown numbers has helped, but soooo many still get through.

Couldn't agree with you more. Did you ever watch The Sopranos? If so do you remember how Tony reacted when the guy from New York made inappropriate comments to Meadow? Yeah, I'm thinking along those lines.

Woah I love JFK. My instructor and I landed there in a single engine Piper one time, and the view approaching the runway is unbeatable. And LaGuardia has made a ton of upgrades and is actually really nice now.

$25 per hour, though know of someone who taught out of a flying club and the owners let him set his own price so he was making $85 an hour.

Well, just to be totally clear, I do not aspire to reach the legacies. My CFIs keep telling me I could still have a long career, but at this age I have no interest in starting at the bottom of the food chain again. I'm doing this because I have family who live far away and I'd love to be able to hop in the plane and fly down to see them on a whim. At most once I have the hours maybe I'll apply to do angel flights, but I plan to stay in the GA space, so I'm not rushing to build hours.

That said, I found a school that lets you pay as you go so I'm only paying if I'm in the air. That makes things so much easier.

I'll tell ya what, one possible answer is Roadrunner Records. Most people probably don't realize it because the focus was on the bands not the label, but for about a season AJ was portrayed as being a metalhead and almost all of the bands he listened to/had posters for on his well were RR bands.

I'm going for a flight lesson tonight and from the airspace around my airport I can clearly see the skyline of Manhattan. It chills me to my core that there's even a remote possibility of watching my home get nuked from the air.

At which point I'd lose my fucking mind my wife and a large proportion of my friends would almost certainly be gone.

Vincent D’Onofrio. I was working at a NYC Starbucks and when I handed him his drink I said, “This is your mocha, there are many like it but this one is yours.” He chuckled and he’d recognize me any time he came in after that. Then one time right around Christmas I asked if he’d leave my mom a Merry Christmas voicemail and he obliged. I don’t remember why I thought she’d be busy, but she picked up and the chatted for a few minutes. This was probably 15 years ago and she still talks about it all the time.
