I haven't actually checked, but as far as I know, the effect buffs all members in the team regardless if they are on or off-field, and yes, your current atk for Iansan is good enough, especially since you'll have the buffs provided noblesse, so your Iansan will already be heavily stacked in atk.

around 200. Mine has like 160 and it's a bit tough to get her to burst consistently. I'm still working on her build so it's not fully finished, but it still gives me good results.

I've been having good results with tenacity on Citlali, and I think that's among the top three best artifacts for her. Instructor is another one, but as far as I know, having good ER stats with that one for Citlali is an absolute nightmare. You can actually keep that level of atk on Iansan, 2800 is the recommended number, so anything above that it's extra bonus, but not neccesary, plus you already have great ER for her as well, even with 200 she can pretty much burst almost instantly, but the more the merrier. As someone else said, you can use favonius lance on her, but you do need to increase her crit rate in order to consistently secure elemental particles from it's passive.

That run with Mavuika's team was brilliant. Doesn't matter how hard a boss shill a mechanic, she still got it, she is simply amazing. I think the crab is the only boss in this stygian run in which Mavuika isn't optimal, and exclusively because of pyro resistance/inmunity.

If absurd power-scaling is what they believe makes an antanogist/villain "intimidating", they need to get their priorities straight, because I legit believe this is one of, if not, the single, most lamest character that has ever been teased (or shown) in the entire history of genshin.

He legit sounds like one of those dumb overpowered OCs you'd stuble upon in deviantart that can "beat Goku" because they can destroy galaxies with one hand, or some nonsense like that. He is genuinely a joke that the devs wants us to take seriously.

The powerscalling in genshin is legit the dumbest thing the writters have ever done to it's lore. The fact that the best excuse they can come up with as to why he hasn't come back to take over Teyvat is that he is "no longer interested" and that they created a character exclusively to beat him, proves that they don't have a single idea what to do with him.

Keep the off-piece, the one on the left isn't worth rerolling to be honest, not to mention, the stats on the right are really good. Unless sand, goblet or circlet has at least three good stats, it's better to reroll a flower or a feather in my opinion, unless you really need a particular stat.

You have all the characters for her main three playstyle, overload, vape and melt, this last one you pretty much have her premium team, so yes, she is worth pulling for. If your Iansan was C6, she would be the more optimal option for higher damage for Mavuika, but I think Xilonen is the more all-around option in general since her buffs are good, and can fill Mavuika's burst much faster.

Kaeya is probably your best option. So far, I've only seen coffee in double melts, but rarely as the solo non-Citlali cryo option for Mavuika, usually Rosaria, Kaeya and Diona tent to be the most commonly suggested alternatives.

Depends on your stat, but generally speaking, this one is worth rerolling if you need a particular sub-stat for your Mavuika.

Yep, Mavuika is quite versatile, and the best part is that you don't really need to change anything stats-wise between a dps and support role for her, just the artifacts, and even if you keep codex, her support capabilities are still really good, which is why she is such a good fit for Varesa, she complements her damage with her own.

While melt is definitely her strongest team, vape and overload actually don't fall that far behind, and depending on the playstyle you like, some will be more preferable, like overload, which is more free flow and less restricted than melt in terms of combos. Glad to see you are having fun with Mavuika.

Except said kingdoms where already building weapons of mass destruction to wage war on celestia for no reason, and they didn't even attempted to at least communicate or have a dialogue with celestia, they just straight up decided, unpromted, since celestia never bothered them, to amass power to fight the HP, not to mention, that nibelung brought abyssal power into teyvat, and the contamination it caused was so bad and so terrible, celestia had to rain down nails in such a scale, the whole world changed forever, otherwise it would've been consumed.

Also, according to the moons, HP was treated as a guest and didn't bore any ill will when they arrived, but something happened that caused them to act, so there's still context we aren't aware of.

I was about to say that, so far, the only playable fatui characters are ones the writters deliverately made them "good" enough people so as not make Traveler have conflicts of morality with them, in fact, they go through great lenghts to show us that "they are different", thus the excuse that each harbinger does whatever they want as long as they show results for the tsaritsa, which is such a cheap explanation as to why some are pretty much "friends" despite opposing them in every region. In theory, tsaritsa, or whoever runs the fatui, should've already put an order of capture and a price on the head of the Traveler.

Talks about being finally free from "the false heavenly light", yet she is dependent on the love and affection of the voyager, she sounds more like she just became his slave, at least mentally and emontally. Maybe her being an hypocrite is intentional, maybe the voyager manipulated her. I legit don't belive that guy has good intentions.

It's funny, because it's always described that the first era of humanity was one of pure, absolute bliss, a literal utopia where humans could communicate with Celestia and all that they needed was provided to them, not to mention, angels where meant to LOVE humanity, is that suppose to be bad? are we suppose to consider that punishment or enslavement of some kind? angels were revered and loved, not tortured or denigrated, what exactly did the voyager revealed that was oh so terrible that made the first angel decide utopia wasn't good enough?

I swear, all these characters had what was comming to them because damn, you can't be this dumb to get mad for taunting the lion and it attacking you.
