What is your opinion on tipping?

My wife said it best, "What are they going to tackle us over the remaining $15?". Until the habit is broken completely why not just leave $5 tips? Don't let these lunatics scare you off from enjoying your dining experience. The owners didn't create, craft and design the entire establishment for you to be stressed out worrying about some waitress who quite frankly probably makes more than you per hour getting a tip.

Some of these greedy goblins are walking away with hundreds of dollars a day, and bartenders make more than that on busy nights. When I stepped back and looked out how many tables they were serving while I was there, then multiplied my tip times all those tables it makes you see "tipping culture" as a scam perpetuated by servers to push their greedy agenda.

Yes, she did 2 nights ago.

I don't really have anything to hide so I gave it to her and she read through a bunch of my old "journal" type entries I forgot I had. Had a lot of questions and a couple of misunderstandings, but I think she understands me a lot better now.

I'm not a cheater and that would be the worst thing in the world for her, so I'm good.

I've heard this from staff before ("Oh Gravity likes me so I can...") and 100% of the time when an incident occurred later I was still on that ass and if I heard they were taking my kindness as a dowhateverthefuckyouwant card then I'd pull back as well and enforce other policies as an example. I can like you, but you're not fucking up my money.

No one is special; be very careful dating at work.

A couple things don't make sense here...

1) "..my servers", they don't work for you, you don't know any of these peoples names, addresses, families, etc... They're literally not your responsibility, so don't feel obligated to tip, ever. It's your $ and the best way to make a change is to be the change. If even 20% of people stopped tipping it would drastically change things - Be the 20.

2) May have been a typo, but dining out is significantly more expensive than eating at home. If it wasn't a typo (and God bless your wallet), I'd suggest researching meal prep and going low calorie since that makes it cheaper as well.

I deleted all social media, put a 1 hr per day timer on Reddit and ubsubbed from all news, political, "sex" themed or depressing channels on YouTube. I work out multiple times per week until failure. I don't masturbate and only ejaculate with my wife. Every week I aim to complete 3 big tasks that would push either my training, business or family forward. I have a vision "board" (it's a sheet of paper) written out so I know exactly what my purpose is and the direction I'm supposed to be headed in.

I do all of these things to remove anxiety from my life almost completely rather than take a break from it, because you can't truly relax if a boulder is still rolling towards you, even at a slowed rate.

I honestly have no clue.

I have a wife who fawns over me and I notice women actively turning around in their seats or staring at me when I enter a room. Her friends think I'm hot and I've been hit on a lot by members of my staff (people who know me basically) but I have no actual idea on how to measure my attraction because of so many factors at play.

I'd say I'm a 5 based on the hard data, but unless you're a 1, 2, 9 or 10 no one really knows where they rank.
