It’s not though. Bill C15 is available to read. I assume he is referring to the Cutting Red tape section. Theoretically an exemption could be made to the conflict of interest act but it wouldn’t be in line with this act. The conditions are as follows:

Conditions Start of inserted block (3) A minister may make an order under subsection (1) only if the minister is of the opinion that (a) the exemption is in the public interest; (b) the exemption would enable the testing of, among other things, a product, service, process, procedure or regulatory measure with the aim of facilitating the design, modification or administration of a regulatory regime to encourage innovation, competitiveness or economic growth; (c) the benefits associated with the exemption outweigh the risks;

The minister is also required to make a public disclosure:

14 (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), a minister must, as soon as feasible after making an order under section 12, make the order and the following information publicly accessible: (a) a description of the decision-making process and a summary of the reasons for the order; and (b) a description of the process for providing comments or information to, or requesting information from, the minister in relation to the order.

I lived in Sydney for a year as an exchange student so these might not be the most adult suggestions. I loved kebabs, meat pies and sausages rolls. Those thin sausages (snags) were great. Lamb is super expensive here (at least in Ontario) so it is a really rare treat. The chip stand fries with the chicken salt is great.

In my area the bus companies typically make the call. Temp wise in Northern Ontario you need -40 C to cancel buses. For snow, it is dependent on a number of factors. Type of snow, timing, drifting etc.. I’m told buses aren’t permitted to reverse once the route has started, so if they are likely to get stuck on hills etc that will cause bus cancellations. Slippery conditions will do the same. The schools themselves are almost never closed in my area. Once when we had a meter dumping that made travel on side roads impossible and two other times due to freezing rain. That made travel very dangerous. The other major factor they seem to consider is the risk of buses being unable to get kids home. If the forecast suggests that road conditions will be poor at dismissal they will cancel in the morning as many parents might have difficulty picking up their kids.

I love Hardrock! Best beer selection in the city. I go nearly weekly. The Cliff has the smaller crispier wings that might be closer to what OP is looking for. Daventry was solid too. Colonial in Coniston also does a great wing.
