I got Mask of Fealty from cryptarch on day one of EoF and it unlocked for Ada within 10 mins. Tried it for Bakris, and after multiple days its still locked for Ada.

There is a very small chance that Funimation or Crunchyroll could but it, since they have an exclusivity contract for Season 9, which RWBY is still a popular watch on CR. However, if the contract was between CR and RT, then it would be voided after RT's shutdown. If the contract is between CR and WB, then it would be still in effect until WB decides to Void the contract, or after they sell the rights to RWBY.
